The property is accessible through a non-paved private driveway that takes you to a large isolated plot of land (1ha), planted with a large selection of ornate old trees and shrubs. The hilly terrain offers beautiful views in the middle of peace and tranquillity. On the lower level, at the front of the property, is a large swimming pool (6m x 12m) with terrace and a pool house. At the pool house is an indoor dining area with fridge. There is a separate toilet and shower room in the pool house.

The very large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room provides a pleasant atmosphere, thanks to the impressive high ceilings, the authentic old sandstone and the beautifully restored wooden beams of the rooftop. Comfortable seats are installed around the fireplace. The kitchen with central cooking island is well equipped with plenty of workspace and storage space for preparing delicious meals with local delicacies.

On the ground floor there are two charming bedrooms with two double beds, as well as a family bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

From the living room a beautifully restored wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a third double bedroom under the white painted wooden beams of the rooftop. In this room there is a separate toilet and sink. On this floor there is also an extra separate children’s room with bunk beds.

Accessible from the outside there is a guesthouse with double bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
